Background & Business Activities
NSA is a strong consultancy firm headed by Norman J. Suker, PE.,T.E. who has more than 40 years of professional engineering and management experience. Mr. Suker earned a B.S. in Engineering from California State University at Long Beach and attended the University of Southern California's MPA studies. His education also include many University of California Extension courses including Traffic Engineering, Traffic Signal Design and Operations, Geometric Design of Streets & Highways, Community Planning Process, Small Transit Systems Planning & Operations and Effrective Public Works Management & Supervision. Mr. Suker also enrolled in courses including Positive Guidance in Traffic Control, Public Transportion, Roadway Lighting, Traffic Improvements - Legal Aspects and Liability and The Engineer As An Expert.
